The Suruga Corporation of Japan co-established the Mongol Corporation in order to build the most modern district in Mongolia. This district is named FOUR SEASONS GARDENS.

The construction work of FOUR SEASONS GARDENS is going to take place over 10 years, starting in 2005. FOUR SEASONS GARDENS will extend across 880000 m2 and will consist of residential apartments / houses, retail / business facilities and office areas.

Total 3273 residential units containing approximate 12000 residents are estimated to live in FOUR SEASONS GARDENS at the time of completion.

The prototype model-room is now open for potential customers inside the Mongol Corporation sales center at the project site.

The architectural technology of Japan is introduced in this model-room.

It also includes the highest quality products and is finished to the same standard as apartments constructed recently in Japan.

The Suruga Corporation of Japan co-established the Mongol Corporation on January 24 th , 2003 to carry out the FOUR SEASONS GARDENS project. This development will create the finest and largest district in Ulaanbaatar.

What makes FOUR SEASONS GARDENS unique is the joint construction team of Japanese engineers and their Mongolian colleagues.
